The maintenance of public areas of Harmston are predominantly the responsibility of NKDC, and Harmston Parish Council has responsibility for other areas.
If you have any issues with the upkeep of the village please report them to NKDC or notify the Clerk http://clerk@harmston.info who can share your concern with the PC or advise you of who to contact if it is a county issue.
