On Monday 9th October, a group of volunteers and members of the Parish Council carried out their first Community Speedwatch in Harmston.
This group have undergone training, and were using this first session to practise using the equipment and recording data.
There are a variety of locations that have been approved, and once some of the road restrictions have been lifted, our CSW group will choice either a different location or time to carry out another speedwatch.
This initiative is part of an ongoing focus by the Parish Council to reduce the speed of vehicles through the village.

A big thank you to our volunteers and to Dave, a volunteer from the Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership, for his excellent training and support.
