commencing at 7.30pm to be held at Harmston Memorial Hall
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda
There will be a closed meeting with a representative from the North Hykeham Relief Road team between 7.00pm and 7.30pm.
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7.30 and 7.45 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST under the Localism Act 2011 Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. In addition, any private or personal non pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).

a) To consider the Financial Overview for 2025-2026 to date (emailed)
b) VAT Report (2025-2026 to date)
c) To consider Financial Report A for March 2026
d) To consider Financial Report B for March 2026, including monies to be paid
e) Financial File to be checked and finances monitoring log to be completed
f) Picnic bench grant update

8 GREATER LINCOLNSHIRE LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATION
a) Discuss and agree response (closing date 26.3.26)
9 LCC BUS SHELTER GRANT SCHEME
a) Discuss agree if to proceed b) Discuss and agree works (if agree to proceed)
10 CHURCH LANE HGV
a) Discuss weight restrictions on Church Lane – to start a campaign now for a weight restriction, or wait until NHRR is nearer completion
11 STREET LIGHTS
a) Update on Thorold Way and Crescent Mews after midnight lighting being reinstated
12 VILLAGE MAINTENANCE TASKS
a) Discuss requirement for clearing of paths - especially School Lane, High Street, and on Church Lane.
Village signs - some need cleaning and others need plants clearing from around them.
Do we seek volunteers and or contract this work out at a cost to the PC
b) Dog mess in the copse on HPA development – discuss solutions and next steps
c) Discuss proposed location of additional grit bin on HPA and agree next steps
13 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
Next Parish Council Meeting will be the Annual meeting of the Parish Council to be held on: Tuesday 19th May 2026 at 7.30pm, to be held at Harmston Memorial Hall.
This will be preceded by the Annual Parish Meeting for Harmston at 7.00pm. to be held at Harmston Memorial Hall
